From September 2024, DFG proposals should also address environmental sustainability aspects in relation to the research process. This concerns travelling, experiments/field trials/surveys, computing power, equipment procurement/operation/use. We would like to support all researchers at FU Berlin in this endeavour and cordially invite you to the online Brown Bag Lunch.

This information event is particularly suitable for you if you are planning a DFG proposal in the near future.

Aims of the event:

• Presentation of the central aspects based on the DFG's catalogue of guiding questions
• Exchange on examples that are already being used in research projects at the FU as well as on new ideas that could be of interest to all participants
