The biennial ForestSAT is held by the Association for Forest Spatial Analysis Technologies. This year’s conference was organized by Scion, a national forest research institute in Aotearoa New Zealand, and visited by more than 300 delegates.

Christopher Schiller gave a talk about “Spaceborne Forest Disturbance Detection in Central Europe using Transformers” at the conference.
