Karla has rejoined the group as a Doctoral Researcher and has been awarded the Elsa-Neumann Scholarship for developing her PhD proposal titled "Unveiling the Deforestation Frontiers' Dynamics and their Relationship with Well-being in the Peruvian Amazon." Her project seeks to understand the complex interplay between deforestation and human well-being.
