On 13 and 14 October 2018, Prof. Dr. Serge A. Shapiro will give a two-day short course at the SEG Annual Meeting in Anaheim, California. The course is titled "Rock physics, geomechanics, and hazard of fluid-induced seismicity" and will provide systematic quantitative rock-physical and geomechanical fundamentals of fluid-induced seismicity.
