Information for Interested Students
Welcome to the Wonderful World of Meteorology!
At the Institute of Meteorology there is the opportunity to obtain an exciting and multi-faceted Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Meteorology. The knowledge gained in theory can easily be tested and deepened in practice - there are student weather observers in the Weather Tower, exciting experiments in the observation and instrument internship as well as large computer rooms to calculate and evaluate model runs. Also completely new is the Metlab, where you can create your own designed instruments with the 3D printer! In addition, the institute supports committed students from an early age by enabling them to work in working groups as so-called student assistants from the second semester onwards.
