The first winter school " e-Learning in the environmental and geosciences" was held 07.01.-21.01.2006 at Freie Universität Berlin, Department of Geosciences in the framework of the DAAD funded project "GeoLearning".

Addresses were envrionmental and geoscientists from Asia, Africa and Latin America interested in e-Learning (see participants on the homepage). 

Main goals were

• to gain kills and techniques to develop e-learning materials
• to build up an e-learning network for environmental and geoscientists (see topics and goals on the homepage)
