The Institute of Geographical Sciences at the Freie Universität Berlin offers a

• Bachelor program in Geography,

as well as master programms in

• Geographies of Global Inequalities
• Geographical Environmental Research
• Landscape Archaeology
• Planetary Sciences and Space Exploration

The BSc program is in German. The MSc programmes in Geographies of Global Inequalities and Environmental Earth Sciences are in English. The primary language in all other courses in the MSc programme is German, with a few courses taught in English.

Students who wish to enroll in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program required to submit the application directly to Freie Universität Berlin

You cannot enroll in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program via the Institute of Geographical Sciences!
