Storymaps
Visit our interactive StoryMaps, a digital showcase of our group's projects. Our platform is designed to engage a diverse audience through accessible content. Our StoryMaps serve as a conduit for knowledge sharing, fostering a greater understanding and appreciation of our scientific inquiries.
MINToring
MINT stands for mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology. The MINToring program at Freie Universität Berlin offers girls and young women the opportunity to get to know the subjects of physics, computer science and geosciences. The program is free and varied - there is something for everyone. No previous knowledge is necessary, just curiosity, interest, a love of discovery and experimentation. Are you a student in 7th grade or higher? Come and join us! We look forward to seeing you.
Girls'Day
On Girls'Day, girls learn about professions or study subjects in which the proportion of women is below 40 percent, e.g. in the fields of IT, skilled trades, natural sciences and technology. Additionally, they meet female role models in leading positions in business and politics.
Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften
The Long Night of Science (LNDW) has been held annually since 2001. Between 5 p.m. and midnight, visitors can look forward to over 1,000 program items, including spectacular experiments, exciting lectures, science shows and guided tours.
